Lego Camp- Introductory

 Ages 7-10

Instructor:  Bob Montesano

Campers will learn basic program controls for the Lego Mindstorm Robotics Kit and the RCX programmable brick, using touch and light sensors, lamps and motors.  Using Lego building sets children will explore, investigate, and design working robot models to solve project challenges.

Campers will be introduced to the concept of robotics and robotics engineering, and carrying out scientific investigations while collecting and interpreting data. Focus on teamwork and applied information computer technology.
