Bartending
Course
Description:
Your bartender training begins, where else, behind the bar! You will
learn the skills it takes to be a successful bartender. You will learn the
proper way to open, close and maintain a bar to keep your boss happy … and
learn the secrets of making great drinks to keep your customers happy.
A few of the
things you will learn during your 40 hours of training are:
- Precise
fee-pouring
- Sanitation
- Inventory
control
- Drink
recipes
- Customer
service
- Cash
handling
- Responsible
alcohol service techniques
Course
includes lectures, hands-on practice sessions, videos and discussions.
Students will be responsible for all materials discussed in class. Written
and practical exams, as well as the National Restaurant Association’s ServSafe
Alcohol certification exam, will be given.
This is a
great course and a great time to hold the course - - while college students are
on holiday break! Minimum ages is 18.
