When you are promoted to supervisor, you become the boss.  Being the boss brings with it many opportunities for success and failure.  This class series will prepare you for a complete change of responsibilities and help eliminate the anxiety that can accompany it.  You’ll come away with a better understanding of what your boss, peers, staff, and the company expect from you.  

This course is designed to give supervisors some new or refreshed skills to lead their staffs in an ever-changing workplace.  The successful participant learns from the experiences of the other supervisors from participating companies as they exchange reflections and solutions to similar management problems and successes.  The engaged participant will leave with a new outlook of his/her role and interaction with their staff.
