Project Management  

Course Description  

The Project Management course will provide an overview for the functions and tasks

associated with project management including:  

·         Building a budget and spending plan

·         Building the project plan

·         Closing out the project planning phase

·         Creating a formal quality plan

·         Defining & sequencing project activities

·         Developing the project schedule

·         Making a bottom up cost estimate

·         Much, much more  

Course Schedule:  March 6, 2008 – May 8, 2008

Thursday Evening

5:30 PM – 9:30 PM  

Course fee:              $395.00

(Discounted 15% if you register 3 employees at once)

Registration fee: $10.00 per semester
