Course Description: 16
hours of classroom instruction leading to the administration of the NRAEF
Servsafe Food Protection Manager Certification exam for first time certification
and for recertification in food safety.
Upon successful completion
of this course, the student will have the knowledge required to run a safe food
operation and will be prepared to take the NRAEF Food Protection Manager
Certification exam.

- Importance of proper personal hygiene
- Time and temperature monitoring
- Proper food storage in all areas
- Proper cleaning and sanitation procedures
