ServSafe Sanitation

May 19 – May 22, 2008

Monday – Thursday

4:00 – 8:00 p.m.

$250 + $10 registration fee  

Course Materials:  Servsafe Essentials 4th Edition with exam sheet

Course Description:   16 hours of classroom instruction leading to the administration of the NRAEF Servsafe Food Protection Manager Certification exam for first time certification and for recertification in food safety.

Upon successful completion of this course, the student will have the knowledge required to run a safe food operation and will be prepared to take the NRAEF Food Protection Manager Certification exam.

Course will cover:

  1. Importance of proper personal hygiene
  2. Time and temperature monitoring
  3. Proper food storage in all areas
  4. Proper cleaning and sanitation procedures
  5. Cross-contamination prevention
