The EMT course is a necessity for personnel that wishes to work on an ambulance, but also benefits firefighters, police officers, industrial safety personnel, and other healthcare professions. The EMT course provides the student with the knowledge to provide basic life support (BLS) to patients in cardiac arrest, experiencing medical emergencies, and those with traumatic injuries.
