Phnom Penh
There are elephants walking down the streets of the capital city

from 2008: I've since met "Sambo" -- this elephant many times as she
commutes to her job at WatPhnom each day along the riverside. She stops at
La Croissete each afternoon for a snack on her way home -- you can meet her
there any day!
Here is Lili: **note from 2008:
You can still find Mr. Lee (Lili) at the riverfront - look for him in his
tuk-tuk these days
 and here's Bert:
You can meet Bert and Lili at the Indochine Hotel near the riverfront.
