CROSS CULTURAL TEACHING CONNECTIONS
I collaborate in on-line cross-cultural
exchanges by connecting my classes with other classes in America and
Japan. In these cases, each class connection has linked one college class
in America with another in Miyazaki, Japan. We have used on-line asynchronous discussion
boards to discuss common content in the class and/or work
on collaborative research projects.
Below you can download and/or view the presentations and workshops I have
presented on these collaborative on-line teaching connections.
Also, at the bottom of this page I have some links to
places that can help you develop some connections of your own!
Also below are links for all of the connections. You can visit each as a guest
(just click on the guest button) and see the postings from the teachers and
students throughout the connection.
