FACULTY CONTRACT RENEWAL AND TERMINATION

All faculty members serve a probationary period of up to three (3) years.  Contracts shall be issued annually.  Non-renewal of contracts of probationary faculty members is at the discretion of the President.  Probationary faculty members, whose contracts are not renewed, are given written notification of at least ten (10) weeks.

Faculty members who have completed their three-year probationary period receive six- (6) months prior notice in the event that their contract is not renewed.
