Any employee in a
regular full-time or part-time position is eligible to participate in a
group health care coverage plan with Anthem Blue Cross and Blue Shield
of Maine. Coverage, if elected, will begin on the first day of the month
following completion of one month of service.
Employee coverage is paid in full by YCCC for full-time employees
and on a prorated basis for part-time employees.
YCCC also pays a portion (60% for full-time and prorated for
part-time) of dependent coverage with the employee paying the balance
through payroll deduction. |
