FREE Lecture! Building Wealth – Strategies and Techniques

On Thursday,  April 20th at 4pm in Mid Cafe,  YCCC will host a FREE lecture on “Building Wealth – Strategies and Techniques.  This hour and a half seminar (one hour presentation, 1/2 hour Q&A) will be a brief introduction to money management strategies professional financial planners frequently recommend to their clients. Topics covered will include: Examining Your Assumptions and Setting Goals; Principles of Accumulating Wealth; Introduction to Asset Management; Specific Tools to Use to Improve your Financial Health; How to Get Started; and How to Choose a Financial Advisor.

The speaker will be Ernest L. Copley III, BA, William & Mary 1975; MBA George Mason University, 1991; Certified Financial Planner (CFP) 1995-2017; Accredited Asset Management Specialist, 2016-2017. Ernie has been a stockbroker (Merrill Lynch and EF Hutton) and a bank president (Brunswick Federal Savings, Brunswick Maine). He is a financial planner and portfolio manager and has been involved in finance in one capacity or another since 1978. Ernie is a member of the Business Department at YCCC.
