With over 20 years of experience in college athletics and academia, Robin Muller joins York County Community College (YCCC) as Director of Athletics and Student Engagement. Born in Ohio and a graduate of Kenyon College, she then moved south to Georgia Southern University to earn her Masters in Sports Management.

Robin’s career includes coaching Women’s Basketball at Virginia Commonwealth University and Winthrop University in South Carolina. She also was the only woman Athletic Director in the history of Newberry College also in South Carolina. She was Director of Women’s Basketball Operations at the National Championship University of South Carolina. She most recently was the Associate Athletic Director at Merrimack College in North Andover, Massachusetts where she was responsible for helping the program achieve NCAA Division I status overseeing compliance as well as both men’s and women’s golf, tennis and basketball.

If Robin looks familiar, she has done TV broadcasting for Women’s College Basketball for ESPN, Fox Sports and a variety of college conferences.

“I am so excited to be part of York County Community College as we develop our athletic department, expand sports programs, and increase student engagement. In my short time at YCCC, I have been welcomed with hospitality rivaling the South,” says Robin. “This is a great opportunity and I look forward to partnering with my colleagues, students and the community to help the Hawks soar.”

Robin lives in the NorthShore area outside of Boston, MA with her wife Vicki and their three dogs. They hope to relocate to Southern Maine in the future
